Machine Loader - 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Machine Loader supports fabrication operations by loading/unloading and positioning heavy metal components in fixtures, assisting Machinists or Welders with processes, and maintaining a clean, orderly fabrication area. The role follows documented procedures, standard work, routings, and blueprints; requires ability to use lifting devices and to work with overhead hoists/cranes, and to lift up to 35 lbs. The position is located in Sanford, NC, on 2nd or 3rd shift with a starting wage of $20.20/hour plus an 8% shift premium for 2nd/3rd shift; benefits begin Day 1 and include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
