Machine Learning Manager

Lead and coach a high-performing machine learning and AI team to translate business problems into scalable ML/AI solutions from idea through production. Shape technical direction, partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and platform teams, and drive projects across exploration, development, production, monitoring, and iteration. Establish strong standards for experimentation, model evaluation, reliability, maintainability, monitoring, and governance; design scalable ML systems and workflows; provide architectural guidance; communicate risks and opportunities to technical and non-technical stakeholders; explore modern ML methods including GenAI/LLM applications; and build repeatable capabilities and internal frameworks to enable multiple ML efforts to succeed over time.
