Job Summary
Lead a team to build foundation models and machine learning tools for the AEC industry. Coach your team to collaborate across organizations to develop cutting-edge AI capabilities for AutoCAD, Revit, Construction Cloud, and Forma. Ensure privacy and security standards for customer data. Recruit and mentor a diverse team, foster innovation, and translate AI trends into improved product quality and delivery. Create tactical execution plans, manage budgets and schedules, and educate leaders on best practices for AI in Autodesk products. Develop automated data-processing workflows for large geometry, physics, and design workflow data to accelerate AI-enabled design and modeling.
Required Qualifications
- MS in Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a manager
- Experience building an innovative and creative team culture
- Ability to break down a large, long lead projects into shorter, clear milestones to deliver value incrementally
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across many organizations
- Experience with Scrum and Agile development processes and methodologies
