Job Summary
Deploy and integrate new machine learning models into advanced commercial software products, taking projects from rapid prototyping through to production implementation. Work with Large Language Models and modern AI orchestration frameworks, including LangChain and LangGraph, to develop innovative new features. Collaborate with Software Engineers, Machine Learning specialists, and Security Researchers while optimising existing AI systems for speed, scale, runtime, and memory usage. Explore new technologies to solve complex technical challenges and build expertise across broad technology stacks.
Required Qualifications
- Strong commercial experience in a Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering, Software Engineering or closely related role
- Strong experience working with Python and the ability to write production-quality code
- Commercial or substantial project experience working with Large Language Models
- Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, model deployment, and inference technologies
- Experience using Python data and matrix manipulation libraries such as NumPy and pandas
- 1st or 2:1 in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or another closely related subject
- minimum AAB at A Level, or international equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and making technical decisions, while also collaborating closely with a highly technical team
