Job Summary
SRC, Inc. seeks an engineering intern for Fall 2026 to support R&D of machine learning and neuromorphic computing for defense/intelligence applications. Responsibilities include applying ML tools to images, video, signals and other data; ML integration with hardware components; collecting data and running simulations to create ML datasets; developing data visualizations and demonstrations for customers; and verifying and validating system functionality and performance. Preferred qualifications include coursework or experience in signal processing, electromagnetics, computer vision, ML or neural networks, and proficiency with Python and MATLAB. Total compensation includes a competitive salary and benefits; anticipated hourly range is $22.00–$26.00 for Syracuse, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of college with a degree focused in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
- GPA 3.3 (transcripts required)
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
