Job Summary
Machine Learning Engineer, Integrity at HackerRank focuses on standardizing and improving model quality across integrity signals, building evaluation infrastructure, golden datasets, and benchmarking pipelines. You will own performance-improvement strategy for each signal, explore newer architectures and training paradigms, define the ML strategy for new signals from scratch (including audio analysis, gaze tracking, and behavioral anomalies), and continuously monitor evolving assessment tooling and adversarial dynamics. You will turn customer-reported failures into robust, production-ready signals and decide which new signals to build and how to deploy them to stay ahead of fraud techniques.
