Machine Learning Engineer II

Develop and deploy predictive models and genAI capabilities supporting business functions, including exploring data to define problem statements and optimizing machine learning solutions for real-time job matching. Build highly scalable recommendation systems that identify optimum matches between millions of job seekers and positions, while conducting iterative A/B experiments to improve matching technology. Monitor model performance in production environments and mentor software engineers, data scientists, and other ML engineers on the team.
