Job Summary
Machine Learning Engineer responsible for implementing, testing, and maintaining AI/ML solutions with production-grade quality. Collaborate on design/refinement of AI/ML features, participate in code reviews, testing, and monitoring, troubleshoot data/infrastructure issues, translate business requirements into technical tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and engineering practices. Must have strong Python, cloud (GCP Vertex AI preferred), ML algorithms/MLOps knowledge, version control, and excellent cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Python programming skills
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and testing methodologies
- Experience with cloud technologies (preferably GCP) and Vertex AI
- Understanding of AI/ML algorithms and MLOps
- Experience with Git and Agile development
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate business needs into technical tasks
- Quality focus and continuous improvement mindset
