Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions for real-world applications focusing on Computer Vision and LLM-based workflows. Build and optimize ML inference pipelines for scalability and performance, collaborate with engineers and product teams to shape technical solutions, participate in architecture discussions, improve model serving, monitoring, and deployment processes, and work with image/video processing pipelines in production ML systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or AI-related roles
- Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Experience building and deploying ML systems in production environments
- Good understanding of machine learning lifecycle and model optimization
- Practical experience with Computer Vision and OpenCV
- Experience with GPU-accelerated inference workflows (TensorRT, CUDA)
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized ML deployment workflows
- Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish C1+, English B2+)
