Machine Learning Engineer / AI Model Developer (Mid to Senior)(Top Secret Clearance Required) (Hybrid)

Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models supporting mission objectives within a secure Impact Level 5 environment. Collaborate with Government stakeholders to define AI/ML problems, success metrics, and evaluation criteria, while developing Model Selection Briefs that document performance, trade studies, and reproducibility artifacts. Integrate human baseline results into performance analysis and coordinate Human-in-the-Loop experiments when baseline data is unavailable. Support production integration of models, optimize datasets with data engineers, and build backend services and APIs for AI-enabled applications. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities to deliver innovative solutions that meet mission requirements.
