Job Summary
Research, develop, and implement ML models and search infrastructure for recommendation and retrieval use cases across Adobe's product lines. Build full-stack features for creative artifacts and novel context-based recommendations using generative AI technologies. Deploy robust methods to evaluate features using LLMs while ensuring ethical AI practices. Fine-tune large language models for specific learning tasks and leverage expertise in bandits, NLP, and content intelligence. Requires 3+ years of experience, a Masters' or PhD, and proficiency in Python with Java preferred. Join the Search, Discovery, and Content AI Team driving customer success for Adobe Express, Creative Cloud, and Document Cloud.
Required Qualifications
- Background in recommendations and search
- Knowledge of bandits, NLP, and/or content intelligence models
- Proficiency in Python
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Masters' degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, engineering, or other relevant subject area
Desired Qualifications
- Additional experience in Java
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs for specific learning tasks
- Experience deploying full-stack features to users in the areas of recommendations and/or search
- Develop robust methods to evaluate features using LLMs, ensuring ethical AI practices that reflect Adobe's standards
