Job Summary
As a Machine Learning Advisor at Evernorth, you will utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced machine learning techniques to build transformative solutions in healthcare. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable, ethical AI solutions, optimizing existing generative AI models, and maintaining AI pipelines. Candidates should have extensive experience in Generative AI and associated frameworks, along with a strong programming background in languages such as C/C++, Java, and Python, and familiarity with machine learning libraries. You will collaborate closely with product development teams as a subject matter expert, driving improvements in performance, scalability, and efficiency of AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Generative AI, LLM's and frameworks to develop the Gen AI Solutions
- Experience working with recommendation engines, data pipelines, or distributed machine learning
- 6 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction
- 3+ years of experience in research with sequential modelling or generative AI, deep learning architectures, and Transformers
- Programming experience in C/C++, Java, Python, computer vision, self-supervised learning, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Possess a proactive mindset
