Job Summary
Monitor machine performance and production output to maintain efficiency while inspecting products for quality checks. Assist with machine changeovers, production setup, and general production flow tasks. Maintain mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to support manufacturing operations. This Machine Helper role is based in Beaver Dam, WI, with a 1st shift schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401(K), paid vacation, and holidays. Two years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years of experience
