Job Summary
Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery to support the production of VT Industries doors and countertops. Read and use a tape measure, gloss meter, and caliper; solve basic mechanical issues; work independently and as part of a team to meet continuous-improvement goals; communicate effectively with coworkers; OT available across shifts. Roles include 1st shift (7am–3pm), 2nd shift (3pm–11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm–7am) with shift premium on 2nd/3rd shifts. On-site work with attendance and benefits programs. Requires high school level training and basic mechanical aptitude.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery
- Ability to read a tape measure, gloss meter, and caliper
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
