Feed materials into machines in a safe and uniform manner; operate equipment controls to start/stop machinery; load materials onto conveyors and remove finished products; perform basic maintenance and lubrication; maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures; on-the-job training provided to support long-term production and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attendance and reliability are required.
- Ability to work overtime or varying hours when needed.
