Job Summary
Machine Driver/Operative in the Sandwell team responsible for loading waste onto artic lorries using shovel loaders, managing site traffic flow, and ensuring a safe, timely loading process. Duties include loading/unloading waste materials, directing vehicle movement on site, daily plant and vehicle inspections and reporting, understanding refuse & recycling contract requirements, and maintaining site cleanliness and equipment. On-call availability and willingness to undertake further training are required, with opportunities for development and internal progression.
