Job Summary
Machine Control Technician II responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting machinery, inspecting and repairing PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems, and programming drives and sensors. Duties include maintaining calibration and repair history, ensuring electrical and safety compliance, testing automated machinery, and supporting continuous quality and safety improvements. Must program drives and PLCs, diagnose malfunctions in furnaces and other equipment, maintain a clean, safe work area, and participate in training sessions.
