Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, robotics, PLCs, and facility systems; diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems; support mold setup, equipment calibration, and plant startup; maintain HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems; minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability; requires 3+ years injection molding maintenance experience, 2–3 years as a Maintenance Technician/Electrical Technician/Robotics Technician, strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and industrial electrical systems, and ability to work with 12VDC–480VAC 3-phase power; technical diploma or equivalent industrial maintenance experience; overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of injection molding maintenance experience
- 2–3 years as a Maintenance Technician, Electrical Technician, or Robotics Technician
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and industrial electrical systems
- Ability to work with 12VDC–480VAC 3-phase power
- Technical diploma or equivalent industrial maintenance experience
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work overtime as needed
