Job Summary
Fit and assemble components according to assembly blueprints, manuals, engineering memos, and sketches. Effectively operate hand and power tools, including mills, lathes, drill presses, surface grinders, saws, and shears. Analyze assembly blueprints, schematics, and specifications; verify part conformance using calipers, gauges, and micrometers. Lay out hole locations, drill, and tap parts. Align components and bolt, screw, dowel, weld, or rivet them together. Construct, rebuild, and repair machines and equipment. Perform machine start-up and packaging. Must be willing to work overtime as needed and lift 25 pounds regularly. Required Qualifications
- Ability to interact effectively with various departments in the organization

- High Schools degree/GED
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer 2-3 years of experience in automation
- Prefer 2 years+ of experience in sub-assembly and full-assembly of various automated machines and tooling processes
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong math /computer skills
