Job Summary
Operates large volume kettles and mixers to blend and process food grade products while adhering to strict quality and food safety standards. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance of equipment, viscosity and sensory testing on batches, and effective communication within the department.
Required Qualifications
- One-year certificate from college or technical school
- three to six months related experience and/or training
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- ability to draw and interpret bar graphs and chart recorders
Desired Qualifications
- HACCP Certification preferred
