Machine Attendant

Meet with supervisor for daily goals and briefings, then operate equipment safely to meet production requirements while minimizing waste. Follow standardized procedures for machine start-up and shut-down, maintain proper fluid levels, and verify raw materials meet quality standards. Troubleshoot machine functions to ensure maximum run time, conduct tooling inspections and change-outs, and inspect machined parts using visual techniques and measurement equipment. Record data on production output, scrap rates, and material inspections, then complete daily production and equipment reports. This role involves working inside an indoor, non-air-conditioned warehouse with temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees F.
