Job Summary
Operate and support the production line equipment and ancillary machines for Medical Devices manufacturing. Perform operation, setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the main machine and associated equipment, including tool changeover. Ensure material availability, maintain product quality by regular checks against specifications, and complete required documentation (BMR, in-process inspection, data/logs). Support rework of quarantined materials within the shift, assist CAPA investigations and deviations, and uphold Good Hygiene Practices and GMP. Communicate effectively with previous/next shifts and stakeholders; supervise and guide packing line attached to the machine.
Required Qualifications
- High School + ITI or diploma in mechanical/electrical
- 3+ years of experience in machine assistant/manufacturing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ready to work in shift operations
