Job Summary
Machine Assembly & Field Service Technician responsible for assembling and sub-assembling CSI equipment (molding, lining, scoring) using precision fixtures and gauges, performing machine staging to engineering specs, installing upgrades, refurbishing/rebuilding used machines, and troubleshooting to identify root causes. Provide technical support to the Machinery Customer Service team, contribute feedback on BOMs/drawings for gauges/fixtures, and train customer personnel. Audit equipment performance at customer sites, recommend improvements for reliability, conduct equipment conversions and emergency troubleshooting, and support the Machine Build team to develop standardized work. Requires the ability to work with minimal supervision and travel domestically and internationally; adheres to safety policies and 5S practices; reports to Machinery & Capping Operations Director with oversight from Machine Build Team Leads.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience (machine assembly, manufacturing, maintenance)
