Job Summary
Machine Adjuster responsible for adjustments to all equipment in the assigned work cell, performing preventive maintenance, coordinating maintenance and production activities, loading component parts, training operators, and directing work in the absence of a team lead or supervisor. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read technical documents, attention to detail, problem solving, and the ability to translate issues into root-cause actions while ensuring compliance with procedures and materials flow.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of work experience
- At least 2 years of machine maintenance background
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to perform duties of stripper, punch operator, inspector and floor person
- Experience with basic hand tools and mechanical repairs
