Mach Operator - Wayside 1st Shift

Operate manual presses and value-add equipment while performing quality verifications using inspection devices, visual checks, and PLEX control plans. Catch, package, sort, and rework parts, maintaining hourly rates set by management. Adhere strictly to company procedures, safety policies, and environmental objectives, ensuring conformance to Soundwich and customer requirements. Submit quality, safety, and business-related questions or suggestions to initiate continual improvements. Requires ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for lengthy periods, excellent attendance, and basic computer skills. Minimum English language proficiency needed.
