MACH Applications Development Engineer

Job Summary
Lead projects for new product introduction, including definition, characterization, alpha testing, and beta testing. Provide pre- and post-sales application support by collaborating with customers to define problem statements and resolve technical issues. Conduct on-site investigations to gather and analyze data, identifying root causes of process patterning errors. Design and implement process tool control solutions to minimize errors and improve yield. Develop Best Known Method documents, training materials, and knowledge sharing resources. Partner with customers to publish technical papers in industry symposiums and journals. Requires hands-on work with KLA metrology systems and software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor process tools, metrology applications, or process development
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Overlay Stress-related process errors Scanner tools Lithography metrology Etch metrology Process development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of KLA metrology systems
- Programming or scripting experience
