MAC Specialist

Execute site-specific relocation and move-management projects in collaboration with Space Planners, Facility Managers, Move Vendors, and local business representatives. Own MAC supplier relationships and related procurement, communications, planning, and performance management. Ensure activities align with documented processes, schedules, and budgets to maximize client satisfaction. Collaborate with Space Planners, Facility Managers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers to set goals and objectives, manage relocation/migration within CAFM/IWMS systems, and administer finance processes with MAC suppliers. Perform data accuracy and occupancy updates in SPACE, conduct audits, and maintain occupancy data. Engage customers to identify needs, resolve tickets, survey service quality, and drive a positive customer experience. Participate in planning meetings, coordinate FF&E asset data, and support cross-functional teams to deliver multi-project outcomes. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience with CAFM/IWMS and MS Office is preferred.
