Job Summary
Relocation Project Manager position focused on planning and executing workplace relocations of up to 1,000 people, serving as primary client contact, developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating vendor/IT/construction providers, and ensuring smooth transitions with emphasis on client satisfaction and adherence to KPIs. Responsibilities include planning relocations, managing schedules and budgets, RFP/bid processes, coordinating IT and furniture installation, maintaining documentation, move communications, on-site support during moves, post-move support, leading client meetings, and ensuring financial targets and policy compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, architecture, facility management, or related field
- 3-4 years of facility, project, or construction-related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing relocations of large groups (500+ people)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAFM technology with move management modules and facilities management systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and full Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with executive-level clients
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and in a team
