Mac Endpoint Engineer

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise macOS workstation solutions while managing Apple device lifecycle activities including provisioning, deployment, upgrades, and retirement. Administer Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, and device management platforms like Microsoft Intune and Jamf to develop configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines. Engineer OS updates, security patches, and application upgrades, then troubleshoot advanced hardware, software, and integration issues. Implement security controls aligned with enterprise standards, partner with Cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities, and ensure endpoint compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Deploy and support Mac applications, test compatibility across releases, and automate administrative functions using PowerShell or Bash. Participate in on-call support, lead engineering initiatives, and maintain technical documentation. This role partners across infrastructure, security, application, and support teams to deliver secure, compliant, and reliable endpoint services at our Seneca One Buffalo location.
