Job Summary
Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations. Lead by example with coaching/mentoring to drive inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service, achieve sales and customer service targets. Manage cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation, and participate in opening/closing on a rota basis. Requires retail cosmetics experience, supervisory capability, and flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
