Job Summary
Counter Lead at Boots Ellesmere Port (22.5 hours per week) responsible for supporting the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share through customer-focused service, maintaining brand image, and delivering local marketing initiatives. Key duties include achieving daily/weekly targets, leveraging omni-channel opportunities, monitoring competitor activity, using digital tools, executing the Brand Strategy and local events, delivering excellent service with a zero-complaints culture, acting as a Brand ambassador, handling refunds/complaints per guidelines, ensuring product knowledge, and maintaining operational standards (stock, housekeeping, merchandising, promotions, financials) with adherence to health and safety and company procedures. Requires experience in retail or consumer-facing environments and strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
