Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates in a fast-paced cosmetics retail environment. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets; provide inspirational and personalized customer service; supervise and mentor staff; manage retail operations including inventory control and cash reconciliation; ensure readiness for retail hours, events and special occasions; utilize POS software and Microsoft Office; demonstrate leadership and drive for results in prestige beauty settings.
Required Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proven coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
