Job Summary
Support clients and family members with psychosocial and practical issues across multiple elderly care sites. Facilitate communication within family systems, advise on financial and legal arrangements, and act as an attention officer regarding elder abuse. Manage complex cases involving bereavement, loss, and specialized groups such as geropsychiatry. Build trust quickly while maintaining overview in intricate casework. This temporary role runs from August 24 to December 4, with a schedule of 24 to 32 hours per week. The position offers a salary between €3,772 and €5,413 gross monthly based on the VVT collective agreement, plus a mileage allowance.
Required Qualifications
- HBO diploma in Social Work, Maatschappelijk Dienstverlening of Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening
- Experience in elderly care
- Affinity with the target group
- Ability to build trust quickly
- Proactive, independent and flexible attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with motivational interviewing
- Ability to keep an overview in complex casework
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with mentorship applications and/or guardianship
