Job Summary
Coordinate the design, maintenance, and social programming of a community garden in the Bokkenbuurt, collaborating with participants from the Tussenvoorziening on tasks ranging from weeding and planting to harvest and pruning. Lead group activities and provide social support by guiding and motivating individuals from vulnerable backgrounds, fostering a space for skill development and relaxation. Requires gardening experience, patience, and the ability to engage diverse groups, with availability of 3–4 hours weekly on Mondays or Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- Je hebt ervaring of affiniteit met tuinieren
- Je kunt anderen enthousiasmeren en begeleiden
- Je bent sociaal, geduldig en betrokken
- Je vindt het leuk om met mensen uit een kwetsbare doelgroep te werken
- Je bent minimaal 3 tot 4 uur per week beschikbaar, bij voorkeur op een vast moment (maandag of donderdag - 10.00 en 16.00 uur)
