Provide practical support for post handling, help build social networks, and create guidance plans by mapping the client's skills and arranging appointments. Document progress in the follow-up system while working from the library or at the client's home. Requires minimum 4 hours weekly availability, self-scheduled hours including evenings and weekends, B1 Dutch proficiency, and relevant computer skills.
