Job Summary
Clinical leadership role supervising medical assistants and the care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Manage daily clinic operations, patient flow, clinical quality measures, and staff performance; collaborate with Nurse Manager. Responsibilities include supervising, training, and evaluating medical assistants and clinical staff; ensuring infection control and regulatory standards; supporting provider productivity; managing staffing schedules, huddles, referrals, and patient grievances; assisting with clinical care and procedures; monitoring performance metrics and contributing to quality improvement; delivering excellent customer service using the AIDET model. Requires active MA-C or LPN license in WA, at least 2 years ambulatory care experience with supervisory experience, and BLS/CPR; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; occasional travel to other clinic locations.
Required Qualifications
- Active MA-C license or LPN license in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years ambulatory care experience; supervisory experience required
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire)
- Fast-paced outpatient setting.
- May require occasional travel to other clinic locations.
