Job Summary
Medical Assistant Supervisor oversees medical assistants and care-team staff, ensures regulatory standards and clinical quality, supports patient flow and provider productivity, manages staffing, huddles, referrals, messages, and patient grievances, and assists with clinical procedures and patient assessments. Requirements include a WA MA-C or LPN license, 2+ years ambulatory care with supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and BLS/CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active MA-C license or LPN license in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years ambulatory care experience; supervisory experience required
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire)
