Assist in patient examination and treatment under provider direction, including casting, bracing, and injections. Perform clinical triage, prepare treatment rooms, and conduct phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing. Manage patient flow, document encounters, and relay provider instructions while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. Support front office staff with scheduling, referrals, and non-direct tasks like sterilization and record scanning. Aid in emergency situations and identify methods to improve patient care.
