Job Summary
PTA-based Care Navigator role focused on remote musculoskeletal care coordination and patient success. Responsibilities include remote monitoring of patients in home-exercise therapy, directing and assisting users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training via our technology platform, and providing ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside the clinic. You will maintain records, help improve platform processes, and manage a caseload while working independently in a remote, startup healthcare environment. Ideal candidates are empathetic, tech-savvy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, 2+ years in musculoskeletal health, and an active Massachusetts PTA license. The position is full-time, remote, with a compensation range of $20.80–$26.00 per hour plus up to 12% ICP; salary is annualized for budgeting and benefits purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active PTA license in Massachusetts
