MA Licensed 1099 Mental HealthTherapist

Independent licensed mental health therapists are invited to provide fully remote, 1099 contract virtual therapy to college students across the United States. Clinicians must hold active independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in MA, with multi-state licensure a plus. Schedule requires a minimum of 8 hours/week with evening availability, and compensation is per intake session (60 minutes), per follow-up (45 minutes), no-show payments, and training/meetings. Therapists will deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, MI, ACT, DBT, etc.), use Mantra’s collaboration portal, coordinate with campus treatment providers, maintain precise clinical records, and work with an embedded administrative team to ensure cohesive care. Remote work is fully enabled within the US. Qualifications emphasize diverse, culturally sensitive care for college students; bilingual capability is preferred.
