Job Summary
Medical Assistant for Endoscopy Suite at Vancouver Clinic (87th Ave, Vancouver, WA). Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting patient information, preparing patients for examinations, and supporting the overall delivery of patient care, with hands-on training to work at the top of your scope. Scheduling is Monday through Friday with four 10-hour shifts and one day off to be determined. Location is on-site in Vancouver, WA. The role offers a starting pay range and a pay range that depends on experience, with benefits and a total rewards program. EMR/Epic experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- WA State Department of Health Medical Assistant-Certified credential
- Completion of one of: (a) nationally recognized MA certification or MA program or formal medical services training; (b) EMT training and certification; or (c) WA Nursing Assistant-Certification
- Must obtain Washington State Medical Assistant credential within required timeframe and maintain active status
- Current healthcare provider BLS
- Experience with an electronic health record; Epic experience strongly preferred
