Job Summary
Full-time Electrician at the Scone Plant responsible for electrical maintenance across the plant. Duties include ensuring asset availability and reliability, monitoring and addressing maintenance tasks (planned and unplanned), driving continuous improvement of plant equipment and systems, communicating with management on maintenance issues, implementing quality control techniques, proactive preventative maintenance, and participating in inspections of equipment undergoing rebuild or repair. Requires an electrical trade qualification and at least 2 years’ maintenance/repair experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must understand work planning and scheduling, maintain integrity and professionalism, and handle rotating day/afternoon shifts. Salary range $60,000–$80,000 with potential overtime and additional allowances; wages paid under the organisational EBA-Industrial Agreement.
