MA/CMA/LPN - Clinic (PRN)

Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care to achieve prioritized outcomes according to LPN scope of practice. Perform complete admission evaluations, comprehensive nursing assessments, and full body system analyses. Administer medications and intravenous interventions, respond to patient needs, and recognize abnormal symptoms to take appropriate action. Collaborate with health care providers and ancillary teams, complete patient and family education, and document accurate assessments and interventions. Provide emergency treatment, triage situations, and ensure patient and staff safety through proper precautions and body mechanics.
