Job Summary
Conduct research on autonomy and robotics stacks, focusing on sensors, perception, navigation, planning, and control to transform breakthrough ideas into practice. Collaborate with the research team to develop innovative autonomy solutions from the ground up, with an opportunity to publish at top-tier venues such as CVPR or ICCV. Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, plus skills in calibration, prediction, or planning. Experience with ROS/ROS2 on mobility hardware, deep learning frameworks like Pytorch or Tensorflow, and desirable C++ or OpenCV proficiency is essential. Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 annually plus bonus and housing allowance. Located in Princeton, New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field, or Bachelor's degree with commensurate years of relevant experience
- Skills in one or more of calibration, perception, prediction, or planning for autonomy or robotics
- Development experience with ROS or ROS2 deployed on mobility or robotics hardware
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch or Tensorflow
Desired Qualifications
- Development experience in C, C++
- Proficiency in version control systems
- Familiarity with graphics toolkits and OpenCV
