Job Summary
Support providers in delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care by rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, assisting with exams and procedures, administering immunizations within scope, and tracking clinical quality measures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes while completing 2,000 hours of paid clinical training and structured coursework over 12 months. This 12-month program prepares apprentices to sit for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- CPR certification
- Commitment to completing required coursework
- Dedication to serving diverse and underserved communities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
