M4 Manager IV, Business Intelligence Analyst

Head of product cost analysis in a global materials/BI leadership role. Responsible for managing a team focused on developing, organizing, reporting, tracking, and synthesizing cost data across multiple vectors, including released product cost, cost reduction activities, cost of change, and auditing of cost containment functions. Defines and articulates the Business Intelligence strategy and analytics standards globally, educates key stakeholders, leads BI strategy and roadmap design, recruits and develops the team, and provides leadership on platform decisions and architectural standards. Drives cross-domain input from BI, data management, and integration to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, flexibility, and reusability of solutions. Manages performance and alignment with enterprise templates/architectural standards, and guides internal/external teams to deliver architecturally sound solutions with measurable goals and success metrics. This role reports to the managing director of the value group and maintains high visibility with BU decision-makers.
