M365 Tenant to Tenant Migration Senior Consultant

Job Summary
Senior M365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migration Consultant leading daily migration execution and technical delivery for complex migrations. This role coordinates the technical team’s work, performs discovery and assessment of source/target tenants, configures migration tools (notably Quest On Demand Migration) and Entra ID settings, executes migrations for Exchange Online, OneDrive/SharePoint Online, and Teams, leads cutover events with post-migration hypercare, and collaborates with the Migration Architect, OCM leads, and device teams. The position requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure/cloud roles with hands-on M365 migration experience, proficiency with PowerShell and migration tooling, and strong leadership and communication to mentor junior engineers and keep stakeholders informed. Nice-to-have experience with Intune/device migration, Azure services, and security hardening of M365; US-based applicants only or those authorized to work in the US; sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure/cloud roles with significant hands-on M365 migration experience (including tenant-to-tenant projects)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams) and Entra ID identity management for migrations
- Proficiency with migration tools (especially Quest On Demand Migration) and PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and fix issues
- Networking experience such as DNS, Firewall
- Leadership & problem-solving skills – able to guide a technical team, make quick decisions on migration issues, and stick to plans
- Excellent communication – able to clearly explain technical steps to clients and collaborate with diverse teams
