Job Summary
M365 Developer to design and build advanced Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for government and CACI customers. Responsibilities include designing immersive SharePoint site pages, developing canvas and model-driven Power Apps per customer requirements, training site owners, maintaining sites and permissions, assisting users with Teams/SharePoint/365 apps, and researching features within Navy’s secure 365 tenant. Additional duties may include contract tasking support, data/metrics submission, and written reporting to stakeholders. Requires US citizenship, ability to obtain DoD clearance, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience with 8 years of directly applicable work), and Microsoft M365 Developer certification; travel up to 10% to customer sites; previous DoD/Navy experience and active Secret clearance are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- United States Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance prior to start and final DOD Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent: in lieu of degree, minimum 8 years of directly applicable work experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience including at least 3 years developing M365 solutions
- Microsoft M365 Developer certification
- Expert-level proficiency with SharePoint Online; Power Apps; Power BI; Power Automate
- Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Willing to travel up to 10% to customer sites
- Desirable: Active Secret clearance, Power Platform certifications, DoD/Navy experience
