Job Summary
Own the product lifecycle and roadmap for the firm's backend M365 platform portfolio, including the O365/M365 ecosystem, Exchange email environment, Proofpoint security, Google Enterprise Platform, Metallic data protection, DocuSign, and Smartsheet. Act as the lead product engineer advising product managers to define roadmaps, drive adoption, and partner with security and architecture teams to maintain compliance and reliability. Shift operations from reactive to proactive by monitoring health, automating routine tasks, triaging events, and co-owning disaster recovery testing. This role blends deep technical engineering with product ownership within the Central Technology Services team at William Blair, an independent partnership serving investment banking and wealth management clients globally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related subject matter
- 6-8 years of experience engineering and supporting enterprise Microsoft and collaboration platforms
