Job Summary
Collaborate with clients to understand technical and business needs, implementing Microsoft 365 solutions that align with their goals. Conduct technical assessments and audits to identify optimization areas within existing environments, then provide guidance and support during implementation and migration processes using tools like BitTitan, Quest, and Sharegate. Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and security issues while creating and maintaining documentation for architectures, configurations, and procedures. Stay current with the latest technologies to recommend advancements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems through cross-functional teamwork.
